Welcome to Cedrafil. Throughout this document, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Cedrafil. Cedrafil runs this website and store  along with all associated content, tools, features, and services to give you a curated shopping experience (collectively, the "Services"). Our store platform is Shopify, which provides the technical infrastructure behind our Services.   

These Terms of Service, along with any policies linked within them, set out your rights and obligations when using our Services. Please read them carefully they contain important information about your legal rights, including disclaimers of warranties and limits on our liability.

Orders are only processed once payment has been received. Please check your order carefully before submitting, since we may not be able to accommodate cancellations once an order has been accepted.

If we cancel, modify, or decline an order, we'll try to reach you using the contact details provided at checkout.

Delivery estimates are just that  estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, responsibility for it  including risk of loss  transfers to you.

Everything that makes up our Services  trademarks, branding, written content, images, graphics, reviews, video, audio, and the overall design and layout  belongs to Cedrafil, our affiliates, or our licensors, and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing here grants you any license or right to our (or Shopify's, or any third party's) intellectual property beyond what's explicitly stated. Cedrafil's name, logo, and related branding are our trademarks (or those of our affiliates/licensors) and may not be used without written permission. Shopify's branding belongs to Shopify. Any other names, logos, or marks appearing on our Services belong to their respective owners.

7. Third-Party Tools

We may give you access to tools built by third parties. We don't control, monitor, or endorse these tools, and we provide access to them "as is," without any warranty.

Using third-party tools is entirely your choice and at your own risk  you're responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms set by whoever provides them. We may introduce new tools or features over time; when we do, they become part of the Services and are governed by these same Terms.

8. Links to Other Websites

Our Services may link to, or embed content from, websites we don't operate. We're not responsible for reviewing or vouching for third-party content, and if you choose to visit a linked site, you do so at your own risk.

We aren't liable for anything that happens as a result of your use of a third-party website, product, or service. Before making a purchase or engaging with a third party, review their own policies. Any issues with a third-party product or service should be directed to that third party, not to us.

Cedrafil is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform behind our Services. Any purchase you make, however, is a transaction between you and Cedrafil directly  Shopify has no responsibility for the sale itself, including any resulting injury, loss, or damage. By using our Services, you release Shopify and its affiliates from any claim connected to your purchases from us.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is described in our [Privacy Policy]. Because our Services run on Shopify's platform, Shopify also processes certain data about how you use our site, in order to operate and improve the Services. Some of your information may be shared with Shopify and other service providers, including ones located outside your home country, as needed to deliver our Services. If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other feedback, you're giving us a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, adapt, publish, and share that feedback for any purpose  including commercial ones  such as improving or promoting our Services.

We reserve the right to correct such errors and to update, change, or cancel related orders at any time, even after you've placed an order, without advance notice.
